My newly renovated 3-bedroom bungalow is available for friends and family to rent. Located between Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea, just a short stroll (100 yards!) to a quiet, sandy beach. Peaceful, cozy, and packed with everything you need for a perfect seaside stay.

🛁 Refurbished bathroom with bath, electric shower, and modern vanity unit.
🛋️ Cozy lounge with comfy seating, a wall-mounted TV for DVDs (choose from 50+ classics!), and a radio.
🛏️ 3 snug bedrooms (2 small doubles + 1 with bunk beds), each with storage & hangers.
🌞 Bright conservatory with dining table & chairs — plus outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh sea air.
🌡️ Electric heating throughout to keep things toasty, whatever the season.

April, May, June, early July: £350/week (Saturday to Saturday)
Late July to early September: £400/week
