High up on the hostel wall, away from harm, our bees are in full swing gathering natures bounty. The constant buzzy that they emit, I find both reassuring and calming. 🐝

Early summer is always a colourful time of year here at the hostel, when nature is vibrant and bursting forth.

Corris hostel, with its 55 years history, still offers a warm welcome, but unfortunately with reluctance, we have had to change how we operate.
The Pandemic and the subsequent hyper inflation, energy and financial crisis has effected all of us. As a large 40 bed, Victorian building, it is now no longer economically viable to be open daily to everyone as we used to be before the Pandemic. Sadly, economics dictate that we can only open sole usage for groups. At least at the moment.😔
As a reminder to those groups seeking a homely hostel for their gatherings and celebrations, have a look through the montage of photos below to give you a flavour of the wide range of functions that we offer.🤩

Corris hostel was blessed on its 30th anniversary to have the warmest day of the year, full sun and not a cloud in the sky. To note the event we had a small celebration in the front garden 🌷
