is a charity helping young people thrive through hands-on experiences in farming, nature and food production, building upon practical life skills.

We’re very pleased to source our lamb from Jamie’s Farm for The Bradley Hare, making thoughtful use of each cut across our dishes and ensuring as little as possible goes to waste.
