Hill Cottage Tollesbury Hill Cottage is a charming 2 double bedroom Victorian holiday cottage based in the peaceful village of Tollesbury on the Essex Coast.

We are 5 min walk from the water and from access to miles of coastal seawall paths. Tollesbury is a popular place in summer with a saltwater swimming lido and many water-based activities. Ideally located for bird watching, paddle boarding, walking and kayaking. Tollesbury is a unique and peaceful village that sits on the coast of the Blackwater in Essex. Tollesbury is known as the village of ploug

h and sail. When you visit you will realise why. For centuries Tollesbury relied on harvests from both the land and sea to sustain its community. By the late 17th century the village benefitted from a flourishing oyster industry, which is still alive today.
