This is David, who normally lives here with us all on beautiful Knoydart. But for a year now he has been walking his socks off to visit every Samaritans in the UK and to raise money and awareness for this much needed charity ❤️

You have 4 days left to help Knoydart's gym be the most awesome gym ever, in this remote part of the highlands! If you're a regular visitor to Knoydart or just plan to come in the future, the gym will open to all.

With the backing of the community we're turning a disused space into a fully equipped gym for residents and visitors and we need your help!

The tea rooms are closed this week but fear not there is great food being served in the hall.

Hello,

Just to let you all know there will be a change in format next week.
A pop up takeaway with coffee, tea, some cold drinks as well as fresh hot soup and filled rolls plus any baking I will manage to produce.
The doors at Knoydart village hall will be opened Mon to Thurs 11am to 3.30pm if anyone would like anything.
Cheers
Veronika
