Our excellent facilities were updated in 2020 and feature separate ladies and gents shower and toilet blocks with lots of space and a separate family/disabled bathroom with a bath and toilet. Tent pitches:
We have plenty of tent pitches
, all with electric, on a large area of grass close to our facilities. With no marked pitches, you have the freedom to space yourself on the grass tent area as you wish. Caravan tourers:
The site is open for tourers from March to October. All caravan pitches have electric and are above average size. On site shop:
There is a small on-site shop selling basics such as milk, bread, a range of drinks (soft and alcoholic), frozen food, sweets, crisps and ice cream. Pot wash and waste:
The ‘family room’ has two large pot-wash sinks and vending machines with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cold drinks and sweets. The family room is always open and has free use of a fridge and microwave. WIFI:
We do offer free Wifi access to all our guests. It is not the fastest internet service, especially when the site is busy, so we advise downloading your favourite Netflix series before you leave home. Laundry:
We have a coin operated large washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate laundry room. Children:
As a family friendly site we provide lots of green space for the family to have fun in. There is a small onsite playground and space for ball games. Bikes and scooters are welcome and we believe the site is very safe for children to roam freely as we are isolated and away from busy roads and other houses. Dogs:
Dogs are very welcome. There is lots of room and walking opportunities for you and your dogs. We request that you don’t bring any other animals or pets onto the caravan site, and keep your dogs on a lead. Caravan storage:
We offer year-round caravan storage, with different pricing options for indoor or outdoor storage. If you wish to access your caravan we ask for two-days notice minimum to get your van out of storage. Please contact us for prices and more details. Seasonal pitches:

Derek encourages all his guests to enjoy the fields on his farm and has created a number of lovely walks around his fields, with benches to take in the views along the way. The Yorkshire Wolds Way also runs through the farm and allows you to either walk down to the local village of Wintringham or walk East along the Wolds towards Scarborough.
