A bit about the job:
Your main responsibilities would be washing pots, pans, plates and kitchen equipment, keeping the pot wash area clean and organised, assisting with the end of shift clean down and supporting the smooth running of the kitchen.
We are looking for someone who is hard working, reliable, and good at working as part of a team. You don't need experience, just a good work ethic and a willingness to learn.
As standard we are looking for someone to work two days a week, however you would need to be flexible and happy to pick up more days when holiday cover is required. You would also need to be available to work evenings and weekends as required.

We are a gorgeous village gastro-pub in the picturesque village of Hanley Swan just outside of Malvern. A family run business since 2014, we have turned The Swan into one of the best pubs in Worcestershire! We are passionate about all things ‘pubby’ – a cosy bar, roaring fires, a spectacular garden and show stopping food.
Our staff are greatly valued throughout our business, after all they are crucial to our continued success. We do all we can to support staff wellbeing and a work life balance, therefore whilst shifts can be flexible, we offer a set rota so you always know when your next day off will be. We also do all we can to ensure your two days off are together and not split throughout the week, so you get a proper ‘weekend’. As all of our staff contribute towards the customer experience, tips are shared equally between all members of staff based on the amount of hours worked.
