October has been a great month weather wise and the walkers loved clear views over the counties.
And did you know - when I first chose packaging of my chocolates ( I make chocolates www.shokoladimalvern.co.uk) I went for green and brown boxes to celebrate Malvern greenery and Earthā€¦then I got more colours, as I offer more products to the customers now, but green stays as my very favourite colour box šŸ™‚ Shokoladi Malvern - Handmade, Bean To Box Artisan Chocolates

Joy when you live by the Airbnb - you clean it and then re dust all before guests check in.. taking care and pride what we do is so important. I still remember spotting a post some time ago, where one host said they at times donā€™t change bed linen if the guest only stayed one night.
Really? How can you do that? Even if you were charging very little, thatā€™s the minimum you have to do!
I worked in big some very nice hotels ( in catering and hospitality always, but as a duty manager I got involved time to time in housekeeping too /
and know how housekeepers worked, they had a check list and it was not change the bed linen only, but to dust or polish the handles of the doors too).

Anyway, no experience is needed really to be just respectful to guests. If you let them stay in a spotless place, guess what? 99% will leave the place spotless.

I have been very lucky with the guests. They leave all so clean, but itā€™s still my job to make sure all is scrubbed well, before the new guests arrive.
