I can't believe its been over 2 years and I could have done more. It's not featured much in the news now as other atrocities have taken a higher position. It must be awful living through it and not knowing when the Ukrainian war will end.
Anyway tonight have had the chance to looked what we have that might help the cause a little bit and will drop off this week a couple of bags of various things. I wasn't sure about a few things so checked...but the do have a most wanted list!
This furry fella is destined for a very special place in the arms of an orphan/kid that had to move away from the Ukrainian war zones to a children's centre. I rescued the little bear and replaced his heart/ batteries (one out of bank card reader!) and fixed him so that he could growl again - so its good he can go to his new home and say hello:)
Just wondered if you can have a look to see what items you could part with to support Ukraine? If you aren't local to Chorley, then there is probably a similar organisation in your area.
