SPINDLES AQUA AEROBIC CLASSES

We can confirm, Spindles will be beginning Aqua Aerobic classes with Josie again starting on the 6th of June!!

Every:
Tuesday at 1pm
Thursday at 9.30am

To members of the gym they are free of charge & included, for people who are interested in just the class without a membership it’s a charge of £5 per class.

Our pool is currently under maintenance till tomorrow evening (Thursday 18th May). Sorry for any inconvenience.
