Well… that was certainly a Duck Race with a difference! 😂🦆💻

Due to the problems with debris in the river, we had to change plans at the last minute and take our famous Sherwood Forest Holiday Park Duck Race VIRTUAL!

And what fantastic fun it was! 124 DUCKS took to the virtual water, and we finally have our winners… 🏁🦆💨

🥇 1ST PLACE – Duck 109 – KAZ 🏆
🥈 2ND PLACE – Duck 20 – DANIEL
🥉 3RD PLACE – Duck 18 – ANNA

And of course, we couldn't forget our very special…

👏 A MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OUR WINNERS!

But most importantly, a huge THANK YOU to every single person who bought a duck and joined in today. 💛

We might not have been able to race them down the River Maun this time, but we certainly weren't going to let that stop us having our Bank Holiday Duck Race! 🦆🦆🦆

Due to the debris and current problems in the river, unfortunately we can't safely hold our usual Duck Race on the water today…

BUT YOU KNOW US – WE'RE NOT CANCELLING THE FUN! 😂🦆🎉

For the first time, we're going VIRTUAL!

At 3PM TODAY, our numbered ducks will take to the virtual water and race for glory! 🦆💨🏆

🎟️ DUCK TICKETS – £2.50 EACH
📍 Available from Reception NOW

Your ticket gives you your duck number, and then we'll put all the numbers into our Virtual Duck Race ready for the big event!

🏆 There will still be winners!
🦆 There will still be racing!
😂 There will definitely still be some quacking!

So please come and get your tickets before the race. The more ducks we have racing, the better!

We'll also be looking to share the excitement on Facebook, so keep an eye on our page around 3pm. 📱🦆

We’ve got another action-packed day ahead, so get yourselves ready for great food, great fun and a great cause! 🎉

🚴‍♀️ CHARITY CYCLE RIDE – THIS MORNING! 🚴‍♂️

We’re gearing up ready for our charity cycle ride around the Holiday Park!

📍 Meet at Reception from 10am
🚴 We’re looking to set off at approximately 10:30am

⛑️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE BRING YOUR CYCLE HELMET!
For safety reasons, NO HELMET = NO RIDE. Everyone taking part must wear one.

❤️ The ride is for charity, supporting Ride for Change, raising funds for the Stroke Association and British Heart Foundation Healthy Hearts.

If you can spare a donation – big or small – we would be incredibly grateful. Every little bit helps! ❤️

🌯🇬🇷 GYROS STREET FOOD – FROM 12 NOON

Feeling hungry after all that cycling? Events Pizza will be outside from 12pm serving their fantastic Gyros Street Food. 😋

🦆🦆🦆 AND THEN… 3PM – OUR FAMOUS DUCK RACE!
