York House Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage in Marazion, available for holiday rentals. 200m from the beach. Short break rates available on request.

The prices for 2025 have been finalised and we’ve kept them at the lower rates we shared for the second half of last year. This is because we want as many people as possible to be able to experience the beauty of West Cornwall! York House is a great base for exploring all that the area has to offer, sleeping 6 people in comfort in 3 bedrooms, two doubles (one with en-suite) and a twin. It has a fa

bulous outside space which is a proper sun trap (and the sun always shines in Cornwall, right?!)
A short walk from several pubs and restaurants in historic Marazion, and only 3 miles from Penzance. All these rates are for a week, where there’s more than one amount, the higher rate reflects the peak periods in that particular month. Friday changeover preferred but we are open to other options assuming they can be accommodated. Paid parking is available in the village, which is a short walk. You will need to pull up opposite the house to unload, and then park in the village. Most houses in the village don't have parking as they are so old!

Looking for a last minute break?

West Cornwall is beautiful at this time of year, and it just so happens we have the following weeks available:

📅 week commencing Friday 5 June (that's today!)
📅 week commencing Friday 12 June
📅 week commencing Friday 19 June

These weeks would normally be £945 but we are now offering them at £800 for 7 nights.

We are open to short breaks too, so if you're interested in taking in some sea air under blue skies* then please get in touch.

JULY AVAILABILITY!

That's right. Unbelievably, we still have availability in July!

Week commencing Friday 3rd July is available at £1025, and we have availability between Monday 20th and Wednesday 29th July too, £1195 for 7 nights but we are open to shorter (or longer!) breaks too.

And, if you book, we might let you know the location of this beach!

Perhaps there’s a little ‘artistic licence’ in the drawings, but when the weather is good, we’d agree, who needs Italy?!

And even when the weather is ‘changeable’, Marazion is a little closer to home than Italy!

Easily accessible by car - at the bottom end of the A30- or train - London Paddington to Penzance - we think you can’t beat West Cornwall.

Our back yard was a blank canvas when we first looked at York House and we’re so happy with what it’s evolved into. A proper sun trap too, although not so much today!
