Autum & Winter are lovely seasons to be beside the sea.

All the amazing eateries are open all year round, the vitamin ‘sea’ is still on tap, the quaint grade Ii listed building that house are two local cinemas in Broadstairs & Westgate are still open for business. the sightseeing opportunities are still breathtaking, the artisan coffee shop & bakers offer a cozy pit stop for your daily coffee fix or indulgent hot choc and we still promise you a warm, comfy and welcoming place to recharge.

So, if you’ve been wondering what the Aurumn & Winter have to offer …we have it covered👌

The summer may be drawing to a close but the apartment is available all year round.

Autumnal walks along the coast, Winter welly walks, hot chocolate with marshmallows. Sunday roast at one of the local restaurants, still lots to see and do and then time to fall into a comfy sofa, flick on the Netflix or get the board games out!

Who doesn’t love a little break away to re charge.

Our collection of buckets and spades has grown over the summer & should still get good use up until at least October half term I hope 😎🤞

A conversation with our last guests was another little reminder how much we love the apartment and the feedback tells us you do too.

The guests were two friends in their 20’s on a girlie weekend looking to escape London for sea air, coffee shops with WiFi & good vibes - mission accomplished ✅

We ticked all the above and more but equally cater for families with children, group of older lifelong girlfriends wanting a weekend catch up & couples looking for a romantic weekend!

So whether your looking for a quiet break away, a full on adventureous week of bike riding, sea sports & trekking, a family break sand castle building, a romantic quiet space or even a ‘meal for one’ get away - we have it covered ….& can’t wait to welcome you.

We fell in love with this apartment for various reasons, one being the location. Not only are we less than a 2 min walk to the beach and safe promenade which will take you into Margate with the vibe that has to offer but exploring further afield is so easy.

For keen walkers or bike enthusiasts carrying on will take you as far as Broadstairs & Ramsgate or in the opposite direction Recolver Towers.

If your feet won’t carry you and riding a bike isn’t your thing the train station is less than 10 minute walk and can take you to the same places in less time …& to top it all a half hour drive will take you to the countryside with beautiful walks and country pubs.

We love the option that our location gives, how easy it is to get out and about to explore or stay local if you prefer!

Sandy beaches, white cliffs, countryside , towns with vibes or pretty villages and all with photographic scenery!

What more could you want for a staycation 😎

Margate train station is one of the few train stations (that i’m aware of) where you exit with views of the sea & golden sands😎

With direct links to London St Pancras in 1 hour 20 mins and London Victoria in 1 hour 40!

It was designed in the 1920’s by Maxwell Fry, the architect of three neo classical stations for Southern Railways.

The Perfect excuse to leave the car in the drive & hop on the train to visit Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Canterbury or even Whitstsble for a day out ….& have a drink (or two)

The sun still shines & the beaches are quieter.

Lazy days on the beach, Alfresco dining in the local restaurants, cafe culture watching the world go by, or walking & exploring all we have to offer in Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate.
