🌟 August Employee Recognition at Bosworth Hall! 🌟

A huge congratulations to Kristina, our Cleaner of the Month, and Lewis, our Employee of the Month! 🏆👏

✨ Kristina not only works incredibly hard to keep our rooms and guest areas looking their very best, but also runs our Housekeeping Department, leading her team and making sure our guests receive the high standards and welcoming experience they deserve. Her hard work, organisation and dedication are truly appreciated!

✨ Lewis may work behind the scenes as part of our pot wash team, but his hard work is a huge part of keeping our kitchens running smoothly. From keeping on top of the endless dishes to helping the kitchen team during those busy services, Lewis is always there, getting stuck in and making sure no job is missed. His hard work and dedication definitely haven’t gone unnoticed!

We’re so lucky to have you both as part of Team Bosworth. Thank you for everything you do — you are both very deserving winners! 🥰👏

Where has the year gone?! 😱 It feels like we blinked and suddenly we’re heading into the final few months of 2026! 🍂

What an incredible few days at Bosworth Hall! 🥂💍

Two beautiful weddings, family and friends coming together, over 500 guests through our doors, sunshine, thunder & lightning, fireworks, church bells, bagpipes and, most importantly… A LOT of happy faces! 🥰❤️

From celebrations and special moments to dancing, laughter and memories being made, it’s been a truly unforgettable weekend.

A huge THANK YOU to every single person who came through our doors and chose to spend their bank holiday with us. It’s been an absolute pleasure having you here! ✨

Over the last few months, our amazing team at Bosworth Hall have been busy completing a wide range of staff training, all with one goal in mind — to provide an even better experience for our guests while keeping both our guests and colleagues safe. ❤️

From Fire Safety 🔥, Pool Responder 🏊‍♀️, First Aid 🚑, Equality & Diversity 🤝, Confrontation Management 🗣️, Allergen Awareness ⚠️ and Food Safety 🍽️, our teams have been developing valuable skills and knowledge across all areas of the hotel.

We’ve worked hard to make our training as engaging, interactive and enjoyable as possible, and it’s fantastic to see our staff getting involved, learning new skills and building their confidence along the way! 👏

And we’re not stopping there… even more training is booked throughout 2026! 🎓✨

A huge thank you to our incredible team for their enthusiasm, commitment and willingness to keep learning. We’re so proud of the people who make Bosworth Hall what it is. 💙
