Caravan & Touring Park - Market Rasen Racecourse Welcome to Market Rasen Racecourse Caravan and Touring site, located within the grounds of Market Rasen Racecourse in Lincolnshire.

Our season runs from March - October each year.

I've always said I will always publish any reviews that I receive. This one is obviously not a serious one as I'm not old 😜. Hopefully the regular visitor does not choke on his glass of w**e when he sees it on here 😂

Hi Sarah. Looking to send a review but not sure where, perhaps u could forward the following......
"Stayed at the campsite 4 times this year, each visit very enjoyable. The warden seems to be a bit of an old dragon however her husband is a lovely man particularly when he's had a l***r which unfortunately the aforementioned old dragon is keen to limit! Looking forward to returning next year".

Great location for peace and quiet. Facilities were excellent. Would definitely be back.

“ Liked: Very nice well kept site. Facilities were very clean. The lady who greeted me was very friendly and informative. Nice to be next to the racecourse ,and plenty of walks in the area. Market Rasen town was a bit of a let down as there was hardly any shops and not much to see.

Disliked: Not a dislike but as a solo traveller I would have preferred to have been round the edge of the campsite and not in the middle. Felt a bit like being in a goldfish bowl ,although it was quiet. Other solo travellers may feel differently. ”

Wild West Race Meet

This is the second year we have come to the Marker Rasen Racecourse Campsite for the Wild West race meet and again it was a thoroughly enjoyable weekend. The location to the racecourse is great, the staff as before were friendly and helpful both during the booking process and while on site, and the pitches are a good size. This is a great little site that we will definitely be revisiting during 2027

Lovely weekend break

We booked for a themed racing day and enjoyed it so much we’ll certainly be returning. A friendly welcome, knowledgeable staff, clean and tidy site. Local eateries were very good, we can recommend the golf course for another friendly welcome and value for money meals. For something a little more special the March Hare in the town did a lovely brunch.

Another great stay at Market Rasen campsite, Sarah never fails to make everyone feel welcome. A great day at the races again. I would highly recommend this campsite and we will definitely be back next year.

We have 5 seasonal pitches available for next season. All pitches are hard standing with room for a caravan/ motorhome, awning and one car or non sign written vehicle. The price is £1700 a £300 non refundable deposit secures your pitch with the balance due in March 2027. Sarah is back in the office on Wednesday if you have any questions or want to pop and have a look around. Electric is included in the fee. Winter storage for 2027 is an added option and this winter we are trialing winter seasoning for our current seasonals so who knows this maybe an option also for 2027
