It’s not very often as owners we get to stay at Olive cottage these days, so this weekend felt like a little treat.
•We discovered a new walk, just opposite Bentley Brook along the new Hurst farm trail.
•Had steak pies at The Bentley Brook Brewing Co.
•Coffee and cake Bodmatlock and lovely mooch around the town.
• Second Chapter Bookshop love this week’s sign 🫶🏻

A lovely summer’s morning walk with Jesse 🐶 after collecting the laundry from Olive Cottage. 🫒🕊️We followed the new Hurst Farm Heritage Trail nearby up to Lumsdale Valley and finished with an ice cream in Hall Leys Park. Perfect. 👌🌞
