Please Share! - A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who stayed with us over the August Bank Holiday Weekend 2026 - we hope you had a great time?!

Thank you to the charity volunteers, stallholders, attractions, dancers, musicians, mobile bar, food outlets, visitors and residents who came along.

You all made it such a memorable weekend!

The set up was perfect - a credit to Barn Farm Staff who worked so hard to ensure most of the activities and entertainment could go ahead.

Please Share! It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves yesterday on a very wet Bank Holiday Saturday.

Today, we have raffle tickets on sale for Breast Cancer Now – at £2 per ticket. A chance to win a weekend’s stay in one of our beautiful barns – sleeping from 2 – 12 people. Choose from Gatehouse Barn, Stables Barn, Hill Carr Barn, Warren Carr Barn and Sabine Hay Barn!
Draw for the winning ticket will be announced by Darren tonight at 8.00 pm.

This afternoon fun activities in the Marquee Barn in the Farmyard! and our indoor BAR.

K-Pop, balloon modelling, cakes and hot drinks, sweets, pocket money toys, home made bunting and Zoe's crafts and glitter!
Dogs are allowed in the Marquee Barn.

In the farmyard we have food stalls, hog roast, Lena's Wellbeing Tent and Tarot Readings with Bella.

Please note the earlier time for music tonight is 7.00 pm when Rachel will sing ABBA, followed by Samson 65 with all your favourite party hits.

FOOD AND DRINK - BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND!

OUR USUAL FOOD STALLS - loaded fries,, hot dogs, pizza, plus Breakfast Butty Box and Sunday Hogroast will be with us over the weekend. Plus cakes and hot drinks too!

The Horse and Jockey Mobile Bar will be serving all your favourite drinks and cocktails.

Barn Farm Shop - we stock a range of convenience goods as well as toys, camping and caravanning equipment and gas bottles. If you forget those all important tent pegs, airbeds, batteries etc we stock them in the shop.

Activities may be set up slightly differently due to the damp forecast.

Barn Farm Staff have been busy setting up the indoor area to ensure you have a fun weekend whatever the weather!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone!

BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND UPDATE

With the weather forecast looking a little unsettled over the Bank Holiday weekend, we will be moving as much of our activities and entertainment as possible into the marquee, located in the large barn. We are determined not to let the weather spoil the fun!

BBQ UPDATE
Due to the change in weather, we have lifted the bbq ban on the campsite, as conditions are no longer bone dry. However, all bbq's must be elevated off the ground and supervised at all times. The ban on bbq's in public places within the Peak Park still remains in place so please remember that this relaxation applies to Barn Farm Campsite only.

A BIG THANK YOU! to everyone who stayed with us and supported our Family Fun Weekend, raising money for Blythe House Hospice, Breast Cancer Now and other good causes.

Thanks to the stallholders, attractions, musicians, entertainers, mobile bar, food outlets, visitors and residents who came along.

Thanks too, to our MP John Whitby who visited us on Saturday morning, chatting to Blythe House staff, volunteers and stallholders. We hope you enjoyed your first visit to Barn Farm!

As ever, the site looked perfect – thank you Barn Farm Staff for your hard work.

Please Share! Fire Safety.
Due to the extremely dry conditions only BBQs lifted off the ground with bricks can be used. No fire pits - and ensure that ci******es butts are disposed of safely.
Please familiarise yourselves with the fire extinguishers, fire buckets and water taps sited around the grounds. Thank you!

Catering on site; Butty Box (tasty breakfasts), Pizza Pi (Woodfired Pizza), Loaded – (loaded dogs and fries plus hog roast).
Horse and Jockey Bar with their vast selection of drinks. Blythe House Volunteers with their cakes, bakes, and refreshments!

Village Pubs – The Druid Inn, now with Abbi’s Farm Shop and The Red Lion (see new opening times update).

We heard yesterday that The Lumps could no longer play on Friday evening – we now introduce a local band THE BLANK
EXPRESSIONS* – a mix of rock, pop and indi hits !
It’s sure to be a good night. Thank you guys for stepping in.

We also welcome back Pixie, Pumpkin, Poppy and Wilfred the Pigmy Goats ! look out for them in the shady area on the approach to Barn Farm.

Also meet Fab -'fantastic balloon modelling for all ages - colourful and fun designs!'

New too are the Bumper Carz! and returning again is the Tea Cup Ride!
