More lovely reviews from our Milverton visitor’s book from guests who’ve stayed recently and all enjoyed themselves! None of the guests had stayed before and so were all staying for the 1st time at Milverton! The 1st entry was from guests who had travelled all the way from Australia on their world tour and loved the cottage! The 2nd entry loved it so much that they’ve already booked to come back again next summer! The 3rd entry in the book enjoyed it very much too and loved the peaceful location and the view which all our guests always remark on and love! It always means a lot to us to hear how much guests have enjoyed staying at Milverton and then want to come back!

The guests who left Milverton today were staying for the 10th time and obviously love the cottage so much that they’ve already booked to come back again next Aug which is just so lovely! The school holidays always get booked up a long time in advance so if you want particular dates to come and stay, it’s never too early to book in advance rather than be disappointed! We’ve also recently taken a booking for a week in Sept 2027!

Please get in contact direct if you would like to make a booking or if you prefer you can also book through Vrbo or Airbnb but but will be a bit more expensive when booking through the websites where we advertise Milverton! Now the summer is nearly over it always becomes quite a busy time for guests looking to book their next holiday!

ARE YOU LOOKING AHEAD TO THE NEXT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?

With the schools going back next week, maybe the time has come to think of your next holiday when your kids are off school! The state schools Oct Half Term is already booked but some private schools have the week before that and we’ve got just a 2 night gap in the bookings during that week (October 20-22) but at the moment still have both Christmas and New Year availability (4 nights min stay) It’s never too early to start thinking ahead to the Festive Period if you are looking for somewhere nice and special to stay! If you are staying at Milverton in September there are some very good free offers to visit some castles, churches, gardens, houses etc on Anglesey and North Wales too! Certainly worth a read!

Many locations are waiving entry fees or are opening especially for Cadw’s 2026 Open Doors event

In just a few days time we will be saying Goodbye to August and what an amazing August it’s been this year, and Hello to September!

September is often a lovely time to be on Anglesey as it’s less crowded and a good time to go away! We have just 2 gaps in the bookings in September which are as follows which might suit someone looking for a few days away on Anglesey before the autumn really kicks in!

Some more recent lovely reviews from the Milverton guest book! The 1st two entries were from guests who stayed at Milverton for the first time and really enjoyed it! One of them had come all the way from the USA! The last entry was from guests who stayed for the second time and also enjoyed being back at Milverton. But we very much hope that they will all come and stay again sometime as we also love welcoming past guests back to the cottage and are lucky that so many do come back and stay many times! The guests who are at Milverton at the moment are staying I think for their 10th time and were one of our first guests to stay and loved it so much that they have been coming back ever since! We always hoped it would be like that when we first started doing holiday lets that guests would want to keep returning, some of which I have actually met in person and some have become good friends!

Does it get better than this? Sawna Bach | Wood-fired outdoor saunas in North Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 on the beach at Porth Tyn Tywyn which is our new favourite beach. You can also pick up amazing pizzas from dreamboat . What more could you want 🙌🏻

THIS HAS NOW BEEN SOLD!

Would be a shame to see these dates go to waste which are due to a cancellation!

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY -SAT SEPT 5th £150 a night or £600 for 5 nights!

Normally we would come and use Milverton ourselves but sadly we are not able to do so as we are needed to look after one of our grandsons!

We don’t normally discount it down as much as this but at such a nice time of year we thought somebody might like to come and stay and take up this bargain direct booking!

We have the following dates available due to a cancellation and have discounted it down from £230 a night to only £150 a night or just £700 for the 5 nights but only for a direct booking!
