Yesterday was alpaca haircut day… 🦙✂️

Hector went first. He wasn’t impressed.

The second he was finished, he marched straight over to Phantom and spat in his face, as if to say,

“I can’t believe you let me go first. You’re a terrible friend.”

Back in the field, the emus were stood there staring at them like…

“Who the hell is this?” 👀😂

Our 2 peacocks and peahen are always roaming around the farm, you may even catch one sitting on the windowsill of your bedroom window 😅🦚

IT’S HERE… MEET CABAN MILANY

After months of planning, building and dreaming, we’re so excited to finally introduce Caban Milany.

Named after our oldest donkey, Milany, this cosy cabin is nestled on our family farm in Pontsticill, surrounded by mountains, fields and some very friendly neighbours.

Wake up to the sight of donkeys, alpacas, emus, peacocks and chickens, spend your days exploring the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons), riding at BikePark Wales, or simply relaxing by the River Taff.

One of our favourite features? The large skylight above the bed, where you can lie back and watch the stars before drifting off to sleep.

Caban Milany has been created as a place to slow down, reconnect with nature and experience a little bit of farm life in the heart of South Wales.

We honestly can’t wait to welcome our first guests.
