New year availability plus 2023 dates and prices .
New year 2023 is available at Kittiwake from the 30th December to the 2nd January for £900 . I can accommodate a slightly longer break if required .

Availability for 2023 , I normally open the cottage from the 1st May and weeks are available through the spring and summer as required please enquire about dates and availability . For School holidays I have the following weeks still available :-

School summer holiday week available !!
The virus has altered any availability we have - however due to existing guests wishing to defer to next year through self isolation we now have the 25th July -1st August available in the school holidays - house sleeps 8-3 bathrooms sea views - £1495 for the week. under current rules no more than 2 families, we will ask for confirmation of addresses .

It is hoped that there is a release on self contained accommodation on the 4th July from the government . We have accommodated our booked guests up to the end of August .

if the restriction continues to run this will restrict the availability of current weeks . We currently have in September 5-12th September and the 16th -23rd ( midweek booking) both ast £995 and the 3rd -10th October and 31st -7 th November £800 . Please ask about any further available weeks to the end of the year .

We will accommodate our small number of current bookings if the lockdown restrictions continue .
