👨🍳 Chef Wanted – All Levels Considered
📍 The Wensleydale Hotel & The Tack Room Restaurant & Bar, Middleham
We're looking for a passionate and ambitious chef to join our growing independent boutique hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll help deliver high-quality seasonal dishes using fresh ingredients while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and consistency.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking, takes pride in their work and wants to develop their career within an ambitious independent hospitality business.
Your responsibilities will include:
👨🍳 Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
🍽️ Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
🥩 Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
📦 Managing stock, deliveries and stock rotation
🧹 Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
🤝 Working closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
