Pan light fried eastern vegetable cake with mixed asian vegs, coriander, chilli, lemongrass and lime leaf. Coated in black onion and crunchy red lentil crumb. Served with rice and sweet chilli side.
10oz Wiltshire Gammon steak, with free range egg, a pineapple slice with vine tomatoes, peas and handcut chips
Pan seared chilean seabass fillets on a bed of cauliflower and garlic mash, drizzled in a lemon caper, butter sauce with a hint if chilli, served with seasonal veg.
