The TYWN's have arrived!!

We are excited to announce that the labels are on, and IPS are now the proud hire parents of the GLP - German Light Products TYWN.

These double-sided moving heads have a continuous pan and tilt, and combine the smooth wash of the Creos on one side, and the punch of the JDC Burst 1 on the other. All in an IP65 rated package with a 16kg rigging weight.

Structures Spotlight - Eurotruss PR15

For two nights in August, the Liberty Fountain stood in Romford Market again, more than 20 years after it was demolished!⛲️

For 'Meet Me By The Fountain' at GDIF 2026, we were asked to recreate Romford's Liberty Fountain, a landmark that stood in the market as the centrepiece of a large scale son-et-lumière.

The result was a 10m structure that featured a 5m x 5m base at 1m with a 9m tower, built from Layher Allround and Event System components with custom structural plywood panels.

With the whole structure 3D projection mapped, there was no margin for error. The dimensions and proportions had to be exact for the mapping to align, and that came down to careful pre-visualisation and planning long before we got to site.

We're incredibly proud of the team behind it, especially our Project Managers Andy Murray and Dan Ainsley on 3D and CAD design, plus our onsite build team led by Rich Fields and Will Dowse. It's a genuinely unique piece of work, and a great addition to our long relationship with GDIF.
