✨ The Cakery is • T W O • ✨

May the 4th 2024 saw us take on our biggest life challenge/risk/adventure ever.
We had no idea if it would work. We were offered a longer lease but we turned it down, ‘just in case’.

Every penny we had was invested into the beautiful building that we were lucky enough for our landlords to rent to us and the business we already loved was given an opportunity to grow.

We may be shattered and look a little worse for wear most/all of the time but once 9am rolls around and we open the door to be greeted with friendly smiley faces, days filled with great chats and lots of laughter, we end each day so full of gratitude.

We are delighted to have seen so many returning customers each season when visiting the area. You, along side our ever trusty, lovely and loyal locals, come rain or shine never let us down. Even through the darkest days of winter you show up, place your orders and come in for a chit chat.
Our customers are everything.

We love being part of Porlock, part of your day to day lives and part of this wonderful community.

A million thank you’s to every single person that has visited us at the cakery over the last 2 years to buy some of our off the counter bakes or place orders for bespoke occasion cakes, liked or shared our posts, left us reviews, helped to spread the word of our business far and wide, recommended us to friends and family.

As we head towards the Bank Holiday weekend, we’re excited to launch something new for 2026… our Lyn Valley Classic Event Brochure is now available online!
It’s the first time we’ve gone digital, giving you the chance to explore everything ahead of time and start planning your perfect weekend – from accommodation and shopping to making the most of everything in this fabulous location.
