Location
The caravan is located in the Deep Cove area of the Park, which is close to the lake and offers lovely views of lake from certain areas of caravan, the lake does attract wildlife, including Ducks, Swans and Moorhens, the area around the lake also attracts rabbits.
The caravan park has its own private pub, which has a decking area overlooking the lake
the caravan is very modern, comfortable and immaculately presented, with a very open plan feel, very relaxing, especially with the coloured lights from the electric fire.
The caravan has double glazing, gas central heating and 32” Smart TV complete with Freeview channels.
Kitchen
The kitchen benefits from plenty of worktop space as well as many cupboards, plus a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the necessary cooking pots, pans and utensils you'll need.
We also provide a highchair and plastic plates, bowls and cups so there's less for you to pack!
Bedrooms
the main bedroom has a king size bed and benefits from having an en-suite toilet and spacious dressing area.
The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds with plenty of storage.
There is also a twin pull-out bed in the lounge. All beds have waterproof covers. We also provide a travel cot.
Bedding and quilt covers will be provided along with pillow and pillow cases
Shower
There is a good sized shower room with, toilet and wash basin.
Parking
The caravan has one allocated parking space 20 yards from the caravan, and if you're bringing an additional vehicle, you may use the main car park.
Please bring your own towels, including tea towels as these are not included
Deposit
A £50 booking deposit holds caravan ( £200 for certain adult weekends). This will be returned within 28 days of your departure as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.
Payment accepted by bank transfer, PayPal or cheque.
No smoking or pets are permitted.
Butlin’s main attractions are just a short walk from the caravan.
City centre
The city centre is a 20/30 minute walk should you require shops, restaurants and pubs.
Large Supermarkets
Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl are just a 10/15 minute walk from Butlins.
