It’s May Half Term here in Minehead, which means life at the hotel slows right down as we take a well-earned break while our hard working student team return home for a rest! ☀️

But don’t worry, we will be back open from Monday 1st of June with all of your favourite treats and our legendary service. 🍽️

Pop in all day every day (except school holidays) for delicious, freshly prepared meals and light bites and you will get to experience the Foxes Magic first hand.

This week has been a busy one at Foxes Hotel as students gain valuable experience in all areas of hospitality. 🌟

In the kitchen, Finley has been developing his culinary skills, confidently using his knife techniques to prepare fresh asparagus for our roasted monkfish dish. His focus on precision and presentation has really contributed to the high standard of our meals. 🍽️

Outside, Joshua has taken pride in maintaining the hotel garden, carrying out quality checks and ensuring everything is ready for our guests. He has carefully arranged the umbrellas and seating areas, creating a welcoming and comfortable space where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine. 🌿

Supporting our guests further, Max has been organising and updating leaflets for local attractions, making it easier for visitors to explore the surrounding community and make the most of their stay. 📍
