Not a great post today but something we need to say.

Some of our team last night had to suffer verbal abuse from a small portion of customers last night which is totally unacceptable.

We had a completely full restaurant and bar last night and as a team where we're pushed to our limits and accommodated as much as we possibly could.

No one should suffer any abuse at the place of work and certainly not from members of the public.

Bringing hard working staff members to tears due a mix up with a drinks order or a delay in getting your food is something we won't tolerate and I will happily ask you to leave of this ever happens again

You wouldn't believe about 20 minutes before we opened we were all running around like crazy trying to make sure we could even open the doors 🙈

The work that goes in to a new opening is absolutely crazy, the list of things you need to do just to get those doors open is endless.

But we made it 🙌❤️
