We’re looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to work alongside Chef Owner Chris Harrod in our Michelin Star and Green Star restaurant, where the seasons shape every menu.

From our kitchen gardens to the surrounding Wye Valley, you’ll work with homegrown, foraged and locally sourced ingredients, helping to create tasting menus that celebrate the landscape around us.

Did you know we make our own drinking straws? We use dried young ground elder stems, which are naturally hollow, to create a simple alternative to plastic straws. They’re biodegradable, yet surprisingly durable. This reflects our commitment to sustainability and using what grows around us here in the Wye Valley.
