Are you an experienced Chef who thrives in a busy kitchen and takes real pride in producing quality dishes?
We’re looking for a talented, reliable and motivated Chef to join our established team at The Dragon Hotel – a well-known, independently run hotel with a strong reputation for great food and warm hospitality.
👨‍🍳 What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes during lunch & dinner service
✨ Contributing to daily specials and seasonal menus
✨ Maintaining top food hygiene and safety standards
✨ Supporting smooth, organised kitchen operations
✨ Working confidently during busy services
✔ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a fresh food kitchen
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure
A team player with a positive attitude
Food Hygiene Level 2 (preferred)
