It’s Horse Trials weekend at Chatsworth House! There are plenty of outdoor activities to experience and a wonderful atmosphere.

It's been wonderful to welcome everyone to the first day of the Chatsworth International Horse Trials today. This weekend's programme is filled with world-class equestrian sport and dressage, family entertainment and much more.

The girls like munching the tasty grass on the farm but we prefer The Church Inn Chelmorton Derbyshire UK 🤣 We highly recommend it to all our guests!

We’ve been working really hard to finish our new hardstanding pitch. It’s ideal for motorhomes and big enough for two friends. It’s got electric hook up, water and waste bins. Oh, and a stunning view of the Peak District! Give us a call if you would like to book.

Hello from a snowy Highlow! Although the snow is beautiful, we’re dreaming of warm summer days here in the Peak District. Brighter days (in more ways than one) will be here before we know it. If you would like to book your pitch for this summer give Jo a call. If restrictions are still in place and you can’t make it, don’t worry. Jo can either refund you or move your holiday dates. I don’t usually write reviews but had to make an exception in the case of this CL. Was due to stay here in July but had to reschedule due to work commitment. So glad we could come later in the year as we were not disappointed. Warmly greeted by the owner Jo. Pitch had stunning views. Levelling blocks available from site. Recycling bins all well labelled. Can’t decide which was nicer - the site or the owner? 😁
