Get your sea legs ready — the Morecambe Maritime Festival is coming back to Morecambe! ⚓

Saturday 15th August 2026, the promenade comes alive with sea shanties, salty harmonies and all the maritime magic you can handle.

This year's line-up is a brilliant mix of local favourites and touring shanty crews: the Scrimshankers, Three Radicals, Richard Grainger, Steve Turner, Scolds Bridle, the Sunderland Point Sea Shanty Crew, and Nobody's Friends. Expect thunderous harmonies, foot-stamping singalongs and songs of the sea from right here in Morecambe and from as far afield as Toronto and Cumbria.

Whether you're a shanty regular or just fancy a singalong by the bay, grab your spot on the prom and join in — this is one for the whole family.
