Business Leaders South West

Business Leaders South West Business Leaders is a self-help group who meet once a month to further their businesses by discussing relevant topics, their problems, issues and opportunities

Business Leaders is an independent group of South West business owners, directors, operators and managers who meet once a month to further their businesses by discussing relevant topics, problems, issues and opportunities. It is common to have 200 years of experience around the table, most of it learnt the hard way. You couldn’t buy it, even if you could afford it! How can we benefit you and your

business?

> Sharing problems
> Discussing opportunities
> Hearing varied opinions
> Receiving compassion & support
> To know you're not alone
> Learning from others mistakes
> Building confidence
> Making friends

Our members' businesses vary in sector and size from those with a small turnover and a few employees to businesses with hundreds of employees and a high turnover. Over time our members build trust and confidence with each other through sharing their business experiences, knowledge and support. Structure - We have a minimum of formality and structure, but enough to maximise the output of the meetings, and we abide by the Chatham House Rules.
