Revisiting Cragside in autumn was the best decision! 🍂✨ The sunshine had the house and grounds absolutely glowing today—such a completely different vibe from our summer trip.

​Northumberland has some of the darkest, clearest skies in the UK, and getting to step outside while staying in Amble to a sky full of stars was just magic. A true reminder of how special it is to unplug and get back to nature! ✨

​We went with family recently and had such a brilliant evening. The atmosphere hits you as soon as you step inside, and sitting by the kitchen watching the chef cook was a total bonus!

​The food was top-tier, and as a bonus for anyone with dietary needs: they went above and beyond for a gluten-free member of our group, making sure everything was prepared safely without compromising on flavour.

​10/10 recommendation from us—we'll be back very soon! 🙌

Coastal views, centuries of history, and top-tier pubs—the walk from Craster to Low Newton-by-the-Sea is always a favourite.

​There's nothing quite like watching Dunstanburgh Castle appear on the horizon, followed by a relaxed stop at The Ship Inn before heading back. Peaceful, scenic, and iconic. 📸✨
