Yesterday we said farewell (until next time only!) to Guy and Fran whom we hosted for a week here at The Bridges B&B. Such lovely people from Lewes, East Sussex. We had such fabulous laughter in the house over many breakfasts with their favourite starter, my overnight oats. They spoilt me with a bright orange hardy Asiatic Lily which is now firmly planted in my little green patch out front, for which we are most grateful... It's gorgeous! We are so blessed to host wonderful folk ❤️😎🥰

Started work on our little summer garden... Begonias only arrive next month but there's enough to keep me busy for now. Even my tulip bulbs all the way from Amsterdam are blooming! ☀️️

Our ensuite guest room is finally done ready for our two Irish guests! Thrilled with the makeover we have achieved. Our bespoke headboard, new carpets , new wallpaper, freshly painted walls and furniture and these gorgeous vintage peony cushion covers. Thrilled with this new look!
