✨ A Little Note About Gift Vouchers ✨
Firstly, we just want to say a huge thank you for the continued support and love for our gift vouchers. It means so much to us that so many of you choose to gift the Beacon Hill Spa experience 🤍
We’ve recently seen a big increase in voucher bookings (which we are so grateful for!), but we kindly ask that if you have a voucher, you don’t leave booking to the very last minute, especially just a few days before your expiry date.
As many of you know, we offer our Garden Room exclusively for our spa days, meaning only one party can book per day. Once a date is taken, it simply isn’t available for anyone else. Because of this, last-minute requests can often lead to disappointment, particularly for weekend dates which book up well in advance.
To avoid this, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible, even several months ahead, to secure your preferred date and make the most of your voucher experience. It’s something lovely to look forward too!
All vouchers are valid for 12 months, which gives plenty of time to plan something special. We just ask for a little forward planning to help us accommodate everyone as smoothly as possible.
