The site maybe closed however we are not. Cheaper prices till the opening of the site in March.

Bookings are are for:

Weekends (prices are the same whatever day you come out): Friday till Sunday or Monday / Thursday till Saturday or Sunday.

Week days: Monday till Friday.

Weeks: Check in Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday for 7 nights.

Just a little reminder when booking with most private rentals, we maybe more expensive then the site itself however:

We have ground rent to pay (thats in its 1000's).
We have bills to pay (gas bottle, electric ect).
We have our caravan to pay.

The site does not have these things to fork out every month but we do and like all cost of living these prices go up every year, we only charge enough to cover our costs for the caravan and bills. Im just writing this post as myself and other owners have had comments when it comes to booking about the prices and what the park can charge.

You find with private rentals they have more of that homely touch they are less basic and usually have supplies and items which a sites caravan would not. Please give this thought when asking for a booking and receiving the prices. I would not charge more then I would want to pay myself.
