What an exceptionally busy year we’ve had-thank you!
Only 3 full weeks left between now and Christmas 🎄 although we do have a few Monday - Friday breaks.

The garden is dying back but with that comes those lovely rich colours!

If you are a fan of the author LJ Ross there are many genuine locations in the books - one being the farmhouse. Mentioned in the book Penshaw - the farmhouse is part of the plot! 📖

Best butchers is Greens, Longfram

All major supermarkets deliver to the farmhouse.

At the property there is a payable EV charger:
Hot tub, 🍖 BBQ and pizza oven; large, spacious, mature gardens with an array of garden games and furniture;

We have 2 travel cots and high 🪑
Netflix in both lounges

Property review:
"We had our annual family holiday here including the dog! The house is fantastic with plenty of space for everyone. The garden is properly enclosed so it was safe for the dog to be outside in the garden (which she loved). The garden has lots of furniture and shady spots which was great as the weather was scorching hot! The car charger is very useful - we charged up at the end of every day ready for the following day's adventure. The kitchen is very well equipped. It includes a nice, small barista machine. The two reception rooms are great. We had a jigsaw set up in one room for the week and the other was great for the quiet readers. The bathrooms are are clean and spacious. The owner, Tony, is a great guy and lives next door and is very willing to help and chat!"

Very limited availability this year.
Couple of full weeks towards the end of the year and a handful of mon-Fri breaks.
We are so grateful for all of the lovely feedback we’ve received about our property - it means we got it right!
We are continually improving the place- next big job is a new garage but we can’t start this until early next year. We will be owner booking this time out so as not to disturb any guests.
