Seaview apartment for sale, Cromer, North Norfolk.

A lot of people have been asking me specifically three questions about my apartment for sale.

1: Freehold - It's a share of freehold between 3 apartments, which means there are no service charges. Basically, this means we own the building and we agree together what maintenance needs doing each year. We also share the garden, but we have our own private seating areas away from each other line of sight. Being on the ground floor, I definitely get maximum use of the garden, as the other apartments have to come downstairs to dine outside. As far as I am aware, this is the only garden in the centre of Cromer with this kind of sea view. Each apartment also has a garden shed.

2: Location. We are located on the iconic Jetty Street by the pier in the centre of Cromer. It was called Jetty Street because before there there was a 18C wooden jetty that allowed ships to berth alongside on the tide. Originally these would have been Fishermen's cottages, but as Cromer became more popular as a holiday destination in the Victorian period, many larger houses were built including 12 Jetty Street called Woodford House. We stand opposite the Hotel de Paris, which in its time was the grandest hotel in North Norfolk, which faces the iconic Cromer Pier.

3: Parking. There is no parking on Jetty Street itself; however, you can drop off and you can leave your car there whilst dropping off, as long as you do not obstruct the road for a reasonable amount of time, without penalty. There is free parking about 150 m away along all the side streets and along the sea front. There is also free parking in Cromer after 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 a.m. In summer, you can obtain a council parking permit to use all the council car parks just minutes away.

Simple mix of colours as a cost effective solution for our social living room, with a New England beach house vide.

A self-catering holiday home can take a bit of a beating with guests rolling in each week. In this room we’ve always opted for fabrics and textures we can easily replace, change, or repair quickly. I think the blues and greens work really well in this space and the use of the plants, faux bamboo chairs and side tables give that coastal tropical vibe. The sail boat in the bay window really gives it a pop of colour. It’s also a great room to also present local artists pieces.

Our beach house in Mundesley, North Norfolk, has an eclectic mix of styles and interior design influences.

Discover our Norfolk Beach House in the quaint victorian seaside village of Mundesley, North Norfolk.

We've been sharing our home with discerning travellers since 2006. Our home is ideal for multi-generational use, group bookings and large families. We have stylish interiors, alfresco dining, stunning sea views and direct beach access in front of the house down the beach walkway. There are plenty of activities to do at the house, including the hot tub, all-weather table tennis table, fuseball, board games, or curl up in front of the fire in the drawing room with a good book.

There's direct access to the village via the coastal path, where there is a great selection of shops including a post office, chemist, greengrocers and butchers, as well as pubs and fish and chip shops.

Further afield, we have a great selection of supermarkets, including Waitrose and Sainsbury's in North Walsham. We are also lucky to have two amazing gastropubs in the Suffield and Gunton Arms, just four and five miles away.

The popular seaside town of Cromer is six miles away, famous for its crabs and its iconic Cromer Pier. Here you'll find lots of lovely galleries, restaurants, a cinema, surf club, and, of course, its fabulous Cromer Church.

For dog walkers you’ll be spoilt for choice. Whether you want to stay on the beach or venture inland along the quiet lanes and visit the beautiful grounds of Felbrigg, Mannington Hall and Blickling Hall, there’s so much to do and see.

For those eager to get on the Water, there are surf clubs, the Norfolk Broads 6 miles away and seal trips of Blakeney point.

Our home has three sitting rooms, 7 bedrooms sleeping 14, an open-plan kitchen dining garden room, a hot tub spa area, and a beautiful alfresco beach garden, and we have off-road parking for five cars.

A lovely shot of the Social Living Room at Norfolk Beach House. We are fortunate that we have three living rooms in our Beach House.

We have the drawing room, which is more for cosy log fires.
This room and a small children’s play room with large screen TV and bean bags.

This room used to be a living room and dining room until we added the Garden Room, which gave us the larger open plan kitchen/diner onto the hot tub terrace.

Our newly refurbished attic bedroom on the second floor. Traditionally, this has always been the children's bedroom, but with an increasing number of hen parties and all-adult groups using our beach house, we decided to renovate this with a more sophisticated feel.

The attic rooms has four single beds in two separate bedrooms. This room enjoys beautiful sea views and is a quiet, calm space ideal for friends sharing.

Norfolk Beach House is Ideal for groups of 12 adult sharing or two families or mixed generations for 14 people.
