Front of House, Housekeeping & All-Rounders
The West End Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House, Housekeeping & All-Rounders to join our growing team.
This is a varied, hands-on role with duties including:
* Welcoming and checking in guests
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
* Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas
* Laundry duties, including washing, drying and preparing linen
* Deep cleaning as required
* Assisting with food and beverage service where required
* Stock control and inventory management
* Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the hotel and helping wherever needed
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in **hospitality, front of house, or housekeeping** and be hardworking, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You should have a keen eye for detail, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible in your approach to work.
