Each one shares a fascinating fact about the wildlife found around Scotland and the Moray Firth including what makes them so special.

From the bottlenose dolphins of the Moray Firth to some of Scotland’s most incredible wildlife, there’s something new to discover while you enjoy a coffee, wine, lunch or a slice of homemade cake.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic **Café Team Member/Barista** to join our team.

The role includes:

☕ Preparing and serving coffees and other drinks
🍰 Serving food and looking after customers to a high standard
🍷 Serving alcohol responsibly
🧹 Keeping the café clean, organised and well stocked
✨ Using your initiative and helping with tasks during quieter moments

Previous café or barista experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.

We have the most incredible Apple Crumble Cake in the café today — and it might just be our new favourite. 🤎

Soft, moist cake packed with sweet sautéed apples, finished with a gorgeous crunchy crumble topping.

With the weather outside, what more could you want than a generous slice of warm, comforting apple crumble cake and a proper cup of coffee? ☕️🍰
