Inveran Lodge is now open by telephone bookings and we have enjoyed having several of my regular guests staying. The protocols for Covid follow the government guidelines but phone calls to discuss stays are the preferred route. The garden is looking pretty good and of course the weather has been fabulous in Nairn. My best wishes to all my guests who have stayed over the years and my hope that everyone is well.

After a lovely weekend it's a bit miserable weatherise everywhere but yesterday's picture of the garden says Summer is not quite over yet. Still plenty of golfers for September and October and the courses in lovely condition.

The Ceanothus provides wonderful nectar for the honey bees and the good weather this week is helping them as well as us!
