Things are going quackers on the island on the lake at Cilrath Wood Camping as Easter approaches. Hoping these wild duck eggs hatch on Easter Day or there abouts as a celebration and a sign of new life.

An idylic "nature haven" campsite situated on an old hay meadow, ancient woodland and a beautiful wildlife lake. Secluded yet close to Narberth and convenient to Pembrokeshires’ coastline and Preseli Hills. Off-grid toilets & hot showers, wood fires.

Bluebells are under way but not quite ready to flower. Lots of nature however reawakening at Cilrath Wood Camping as we at last start to enjoy warmer and drier weather. Enthusiastic bird song, Primroses and bursting buds are just a few of the wonders here. We are open from Friday 27th March. With the A40 now moved away on a bypass we can enjoy a nice peaceful walk on a safe path into the wonderful little town of Narberth.
