After a fantastic quiz night at the beginning of September.
We managed to raise £750 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House Charity.
Bro Craig Lewis and his daughter Penny presented the donation on a recent visit to the hospital.
There will be a star on the wall of the PICU department for the next year to honour the donation.

Keep your eyes peeled for the next one in December.

Thanks to a £60,000 grant from Yorkshire West Riding Freemasons, Cavendish Cancer Care will support nearly 300 children and hundreds of families affected by cancer in Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, North Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire. 💖

🩸 National Blood shortage Amber alert 🩸 The recent London hospital cyber attack, combined with unfilled appointments at Donor Centres in town and city centres, has caused stocks of O type blood to drop to unprecedented low levels.

The NHS urgently needs O type blood donors. O negative blood can be given to anyone.

One of our brethren, W.Bro Rhys Davies will be holding a Charity Day on the 25th August at the Puddlers Arms, Britton Ferry.

He will be having his beautiful mane removed in aid of a few causes that are close to his heart and are local to us here in Neath.
