Exciting news as I have been busy over the last few months getting our brand new 2 bedroom Pet Friendly Caravan 1 open and we are now ready to take bookings. It has a fully enclosed garden and a new patio area. We will be putting more details up on our website soon, and there are more photos on our online booking system of the inside of the Caravan with the prices. Exciting day this week as we had a brand new Static Caravan delivered and even managed to get it in place before the snow arrived. It is a replacement for Caravan 1 with 2 bedrooms, and I will be getting it all set up and ready over the next few months before we open it up for bookings.

Managed to get the last of our silage finished yesterday with a few hours of strong wind and sun drying the grass out nicely so I could collect it with the tractor and forage wagon to bring inside to store for the winter.

Our faithful old 376 New Holland hay baler chugging away for the evening making a few hundred small bales which we use to feed our freshly calved cows in the winter, quite hard to film and drive at the same time, ideally would have been going a little faster to keep the machine full as that makes the best shape bales.

Some photos of hay and silage making from earlier in the year, we are currently finishing off the last couple of fields while we finally have a few dry days in the forcast so we now have plenty of feed in stock for the cattle this winter.

Nice to see a large flock of lapwing and starling over Shaw Farm Static Caravan Site last week, comes in handy when you have 10 acres of freshly spread cow muck to act as bait!
