Upstairs, you'll find a bathroom with a large shower, WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail. Bedroom 1 features a double bed, 2 bedside tables, standing fan, and built-in cupboard, while bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside table, standing fan, and built-in cupboard.
The sitting room is equipped with a 3-seater sofa bed, 2 armchairs, 65" Freeview and Netflix Smart TV with panoramic sea views. The dining room offers fine sea views and a table seating 4, with doors that lead to a large balcony. In the kitchen, you'll find a 4 plate ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, and fridge freezer.
Outside, the property boasts a large enclosed rear patio and a large panoramic front balcony overlooking the bay. There's even off-street parking for 1 car.
Other key facts to note include that bed linen and towels are provided (but not beach towels), electric central heating is available, heating and electricity are included, and free WiFi is provided. We welcome 2 well-behaved dogs at £10 each per night, but please note that smoking is not permitted and the property is not suitable for babies. A £100 refundable damages deposit is also required.
