Lydd church was packed this lunchtime for the funeral of Judith Richardson B.E.M.
Judith, since meeting her late husband William, some 60 years ago, gave her time and energy in supporting the lifeboat service at Dungeness - and beyond. Recognition of her service to the RNLI resulting in her being awarded the BEM.
A lovely lady, always with a smile, will not only be missed within the lifeboat community here but by all those who had the privilege to know her.
Now with William!! RIP
