When booking our caravan at Sandy Bay Holiday park this is no ordinary basic holiday home. It is situated on a large plot with parking. There is decking all along one side of the caravan. This overlooks the River Wansbeck Estuary and has fantastic views across the beach towards Blyth. There is immediate access to the beach and walks along the river. There is a selection of outdoor furniture to allow you to enjoy a glass of wine on the decking on those warm summer nights.

Entertainment passes to the clubhouse or swimming pool are available direct from main reception, there is also a small shop on site. Remember this caravan is large enough to accommodate 8 people in total so offers great affordability and options.

We have gone beyond having a basic retreat and offer a real home from home. We have included electric sandwich toaster, plenty of cooking utensils/roasting tins/casserole dishes etc. Some guests prefer not to cook but we have given you the option as everything you would need to whip up a culinary delight is in the caravan! There is also a fish and chip shop on the site and a pizza delivery service.

There are three bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin bedrooms) and a double sofa bed in the lounge so can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. You will be required to bring your own bedding although duvets are provided and day to day essentials.

There are outdoor/indoor games, buckets and spades for children to enjoy together with a selection of colouring books, pencils and jigsaws should the weather dictate that you will be having a day in. There is a 48” smart television with fee wifi.

As this is also our holiday home and used regularly by ourselves and to maintain a high standard for your stay we do all of our own cleaning for change overs to comply with Covid-19

Prices range from £120 up to £240 during the school holidays plus a £50 damages deposit is required which is refunded on departure if the caravan has been left in a satisfactory condition.

THIS IS STRICTLY A NO SMOKING. Small pets are allowed as we have a dog ourselves.
