Awelfryn Caravan Park Awelfryn Caravan Park is situated in two acres of grassy meadow with sandy soil, on the edge of forestry enterprise land.

We are situated approximately one mile from Llanddwyn beach in an area of outstanding natural beauty with fantastic views overlooking Newborough has a clean sandy beach which is safe for small children and is surrounded by sand dunes and pine forest, managed by Forestry Commission. Picnic facilities and toilets are provided along with many woodland trials. Access to Llanddwyn Island - another renowned beauty spot accessible via a short walk along the beach.

Anglesey Council is consulting on whether to introduce a visitor levy for overnight stays in visitor accommodation.

If introduced, the levy would apply from 1 October 2027.

The consultation is open to residents, businesses, and visitors. No decision has been made yet.
