Celebrating our people at the Cairn Hospitality Heroes Awards 2026!

What a great evening bringing our teams together from across Cairn Group to celebrate the people who make our business what it is.

Our Hospitality Heroes Awards recognise the individuals who go above and beyond, bringing our RISE values of Respect, Integrity, Sustainability and Excellence to life every day.

From creating memorable guest experiences and supporting each other to developing talent and making a difference in our communities, there was plenty to be proud of.

We also celebrated 31 members of our team reaching long service milestones of 20 years or more, including an outstanding 46 years of service!

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and it's important to take the time to recognise their hard work, dedication and achievements.

A special thank you to the team at Royal Station Hotel Newcastle, for hosting us and putting on such a fantastic event. From the food and service to the organisation and atmosphere, the team did a wonderful job.

We're also very grateful to our sponsors for their generous support in helping make the evening possible!
