Sometimes we require a day off and while Nicole is on hand this sunny evening to look after you all! We are very thankful to have a lovely wee meal next door at The Grapes Hotel, Newcastleton for a long overdue date night!

Whisky = great!
Food = hearty and lovely!
Banter = fab!
Decor = to die for!

Anyway lovely sunny weekend and met lovely people from the caravan park, Rock UK - Whithaugh Park , Riverview Holiday Park and many more.

Let's hope for a lovely summer ahead with Newcastleton being a representative of independent businesses supporting other independent businesses. On that note we will absolutely be ordering our Sunday roast from Mollie’s Cafe and Bistro tomorrow!

Again can thank you all enough for the warm welcome you have all given, it means the world!

We will be opening today at 2.30pm instead of 12 as you drank the pub dry last night at the karaoke! Off to do a stock run! 😭🙈 I had such a great night and hope you guys did too! As we were so busy serving you I did not manage to get any videos or pictures and would love a wee tag in any you had! Okay, okay, I surrender! 😂 My first attempt at footie scratch cards was a hot mess express and daylight robbery, apparently! 🤣 Marqus swooped in and snatched that £30 - Now the Scratch cards are back at £1 💸. On to karaoke night! 🎤 Who cares about the weather when there's fire, frozen cocktails (£7.95 each, anyone?) and questionable singing skills to look forward to? 🎉
